If we can’t make this product work for you, Day by Day Beauty is happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. The product must be purchased through Day by Day Beauty’s company website or Amazon store. Purchases made from an unauthorized Third Party will not be honored.
If a customer needs to return the product to Day by Day Beauty, customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

Abusing our return policy includes, but is not limited to, a customer who wants a full refund yet continues to purchases product, use the product, and deems the product unsatisfactory.
Broken or Damaged Items
